Efficient loan contract generation

Conpend's LOANS AI uses agreement investigation and analysis utilizing pre-trained machine learning models to structure the contract portfolio into a dataset of around 40 key variables per contract, along with a database of all clauses and wording structured by topic. In turn, this allows users to search and identify certain text within the contract, which can be exported as reports. For the agreement creation, negotiation and approval, clauses can be extended to create template contracts. Templates can be used to generate draft contracts by using key variables, while amendments to existing contracts can be bulk generated using existing variables.

• Draft contracts can be shared with external parties who can make comments or add alternative clauses directly in the system – which can be approved or rejected in a configurable workflow.
• All contract versions can be exported as a clean or red line version.
